Welcome to YuPump (the "Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available to residents of the United States, Mainland China, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Russia, Syria, Venezuela, or any jurisdiction where access would violate applicable law. We may add to this list at any time.
2. Nature of the Platform
YuPump is a non-custodial, permissionless interface to the Solana blockchain. The Platform does not custody your funds, does not control any private keys, and does not facilitate fiat on/off-ramps. All transactions are signed by you in your own wallet and broadcast to the public Solana network.
We do not endorse, audit, vet, or guarantee any token, project, creator, or transaction accessible through the Platform. The Platform aggregates publicly available on-chain information; you must independently evaluate every token before interacting with it.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any token you create.
- You will not impersonate other persons, brands, or projects.
- You will not use the Platform for fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful purpose.
- You will pay applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
4. Token Creation
Creating a token via YuPump deploys a standard SPL Token mint to the Solana network at your direction. You retain full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the token's name, symbol, image, description, and linked materials. We may, at our sole discretion, hide or de-list tokens that we determine, in good faith, to be impersonations, scams, illegal content, or otherwise harmful — but we have no obligation to monitor or remove any content.
5. Fees
The Platform may charge a creation fee and/or a per-trade fee. All fees are disclosed in the user interface before you sign the transaction. Network fees (Solana "gas") are separate and paid to validators, not to YuPump.
6. No Investment Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Tokens listed on the Platform are highly speculative, illiquid, and frequently lose all of their value. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
7. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUPUMP AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YuPump and its contributors from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by HKIAC in Hong Kong, in English.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
